What do you have to lose? <br />Unless your resigned to waking up multiple times at night ( no it isn't because you have to urinate), being fat and living in fear of the flu. You don't have time to waste. If you read only one book on this subject this is the one to read. To the point, full of great information and easy to understand.<br />If our food and behavior wasn't doing so much harm to us then vitamin D3 at optimal doses in most probably wouldn't have such a profound affect. Yes it takes more then vitamin D3 alone to fully restore your health but it is the key. Take the Mediterranean diet! It isn't the diet but perhaps because those that live there spend more time in the sun, walking versus cars. So with higher vitamin D3 blood levels their appetite is such that they crave those foods. Where as in US and other countries we receive less sun exposure. Also we eat more processed foods devoid of key minerals like boron, zinc and magnesium. There isn't a simple answer but this book is a great place to start!
